Welcome to Lincoln Police Department’s web site.
Each time you visit our site you will see new and exciting pages we hope will provide you with the most enjoyable and informative experience possible. We also will post current events and emergencies as they happen so the public can be aware of any issues.
The Lincoln Police Department has received national recognition through the Commission for Law Enforcement Accreditation. We are now in the process of applying to be a fully accredited agency by meeting national standards in Law Enforcement. In 2004 the Lincoln Police department was honored to receive the Robert Trojanowicz Memorial Reward for the best community policing in New England for communities under 15,000. The award was presented by the New England Community Police Partnership.
While we are proud of these achievements, we continue to strive to better ourselves and help our community. In 2007 we started a full time School Resource Officer in our school system. We continue to work with organizations holding events in Lincoln to assist them in having a safe visit and we continue to work with our community to make it an enjoyable place to live and visit.
I hope you enjoy this site and visit often.
